Paul Mashni
Paul formed PEM Real Estate Group in 1993 with the goal of providing quality real estate services with strong financial results for its investors and customers. With a background in accounting, finance and law, Paul has successfully grown PEM from one duplex in Michigan to acquiring over 23,000 units nationally.
Before starting PEM, Paul was a consultant with Arthur Anderson, Price Waterhouse and Sandy Corporation. Over the past 30 years, Paul and his team have grown PEM into an industry leader in the areas of Fee Management, Commercial / Residential Lending and Residential Brokerage. Paul is a graduate of Michigan State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance. He received his law degree from Wayne State University in Michigan.
